By using this website, requesting an appointment, or authorizing service, you agree to these terms. True Fix Repairs provides brand-neutral in-home household appliance repair and maintenance services. Manufacturer names identify equipment only; they do not imply authorization or endorsement.

An appointment submission is a request, not a confirmed visit. Your appointment is confirmed only after our team contacts you with availability and visit details.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to request work for the device and service location. Written estimates, work orders, and service agreements may contain additional terms specific to the work you approve.

True Fix Repairs’ standard diagnostic fee is $79, waived if you proceed with the repair. Final repair pricing depends on diagnosis, parts, and labor. We provide an upfront estimate for your approval before repair work begins.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any applicable taxes, additional charges, or plan pricing must be disclosed before you authorize them. This repair request form does not take payment.

Visits depend on technician availability and service eligibility at your address. Same-day and emergency service may be available, but an online request does not guarantee either.

Provide safe access to the equipment, a suitable work area, electrical power, and relevant network access where needed. Back up computer and device data before service; avoid placing passwords or sensitive account information in your request.

Contact us at least 4 hours before a confirmed appointment to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation service-call fee. Late cancellation, missed appointments, repeated rescheduling, or inability to provide access may result in a service-call fee disclosed in your service agreement.

True Fix Repairs’ published repair information describes typical labor coverage of 90 days, with parts covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. The written terms for your repair determine the actual coverage. We do not promise a universal parts-and-labor guarantee.

Warranty coverage applies only as stated in your repair agreement. New faults, consumables, accidental damage, misuse, and third-party modifications may be excluded. Contact us promptly about an issue related to completed work. Your statutory rights are not excluded.

True Signature is a 1-year plan, True Prestige is a 3-year plan, and True Legacy is a 5-year plan. You may request additional protection with any service category. Selecting a plan expresses interest only; it does not enroll you, charge you, or activate coverage.

Eligible equipment, covered services, exclusions, benefits, price, start date, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms must be confirmed in a separate plan agreement before enrollment. The older plans on the original website do not define benefits or pricing for these new plans.

Do not submit false or unlawful requests, impersonate others, interfere with security, or misuse website content. True Fix Repairs content and branding, other than third-party trademarks, may not be reproduced without appropriate permission.

To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where such a limitation is prohibited. No term limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful website use or violation of these terms. Florida and applicable United States law govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes belong in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in services or law. The current version is posted here. Terms agreed for an existing service or plan remain subject to that agreement and applicable law.
