No sale or advertising sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Repair-request information is used to arrange and deliver service and communicate with you, along with the limited uses described in our Privacy Policy. Necessary disclosures to service providers are not the same as selling information.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, including the CCPA/CPRA for eligible California residents, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or an opt-out of sale or sharing. Although we do not sell or share information for advertising, you may still submit a privacy request.
Submit a request
Email contact@truefixrepairs.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or call (855) 260-1359. Include your name and the email or phone number used for your service request so we can verify your identity. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless we arrange a secure verification process.
We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within 30 days, subject to any shorter mandatory deadline or lawful extension. We will explain any verification requirements, exceptions, or extensions that apply.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification before disclosing or changing personal information.
No discrimination
