How much will my repair cost?
Our standard diagnostic fee is $79, waived if you proceed with repair. Final costs depend on the device, issue, and parts required. Our technician provides an upfront estimate before repair work begins.
Is my requested time guaranteed?
Your selected date and time are preferences, not a confirmed appointment. Our team reviews your request and contacts you to confirm availability and the visit details.
Can I add extra protection to my repair?
Yes. Request True Signature (1 year), True Prestige (3 years), or True Legacy (5 years) with any repair category. Our team confirms equipment eligibility, coverage, benefits, and pricing before enrollment. Choosing a plan in the repair request form does not activate coverage or charge you.
Do you offer preventive maintenance?
Yes. Inspections, cleaning, and performance checks help prevent breakdowns. We recommend annual maintenance for most appliances; high-use equipment may need more frequent visits.
Do you offer same-day or emergency repairs?
Same-day and emergency services may be available. Contact our team to check availability; submitting an appointment request does not guarantee same-day service.
Do you offer repair warranties?
Labor is typically covered for 90 days, while parts carry applicable manufacturer warranty coverage. Your written repair agreement confirms the actual terms.
