Privacy Policy
How True Fix Repairs, LLC handles information provided through our website and repair services.
Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, phone number, service address, preferred appointment date and time, device details, repair issue, and additional protection-plan interest you submit. We also receive communications you send to us.
Website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser details, access times, and request logs. The repair request form does not collect payment card information.
How we use information
We use your information to review repair requests, confirm availability, arrange visits, discuss additional protection plans, respond to questions, and communicate about your service. We may also use it for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and compliance with legal obligations.
Submitting a repair request is not consent to unrelated promotional messages. Any promotional communications require an appropriate legal basis and an opportunity to opt out.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with technicians and providers supporting hosting, scheduling, customer communications, and service delivery where necessary. We may disclose it with your consent, as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We retain service information only as needed for service delivery, records, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and third-party services
Necessary cookies or similar technologies may support website operation and security. The website may load resources from external providers, including font providers, that receive technical request information. See the Cookie Policy for details and browser controls.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information, and customer appointment requests are not publicly readable through this website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy of your information, or restrictions on certain processing. Contact us using the information below. Verification and legal exceptions may apply.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not discriminate against customers for exercising privacy rights. See Do Not Sell or Share for request instructions.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. Please review this page for the current version.
